You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept used items unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
After your return item arrives, it will be inspected. If approved, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 30 days with photos. After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping.
For returns that are not due to damage or error, the customer may need to cover return shipping. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Returns will be rejected if the item is used, incomplete, or missing original packaging. In such cases, we may offer to send the item back at your cost.
